LoadNG TERMS DOCUMENT

1.0      INTRODUCTION TO LoadNG TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

These Terms and conditions, any amendments and restatements hereof (the "Agreement") form a legal agreement covering the provision of services from LoadNG to you, including offering an open market to enable sellers of bitcoin to engage in transactions, offering hosted digital wallet services, selling bitcoin as instructed upon completion of a sales of bitcoin and any other services described in this Agreement (collectively the “Services” and individually, a “Service”) provided by LoadNG and all of its affiliates, including but not limited to LoadNG (collectively, “LoadNG” or “we” or “us” or the “company”) to you as an individual (also referred to as a “user” or “you”). LoadNG and its related Services are owned and operated by LoadNG. Your use of the Services will be governed by this Agreement.

It is your responsibility (User’s responsibility) to ensure that he/she is aware of what is constituted within the LoadNG terms and conditions.

It is also your responsibility also to be aware of updated terms and conditions at all times as your activities on the LoadNG website concedes your acceptance of the LoadNG terms and conditions at all times.

In order to make use of LoadNG Bitcoin Services and ANY services on the website, you (The User) must be at least 18 years of age.

In a case where changes, updates and revisions are made to the LoadNG website, it shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed herein.

The prices shown on the LoadNG site(s) are only estimates as the actual price you will be selling the Bitcoin will be the Bitcoin price plus any commission price as at the time you are completing your transaction on Load.ng.

LoadNG reserves the right to deny transactions exceeding order amounts of sale of Bitcoin. The maximum and minimum sale order amounts are subject to change by LoadNG without notice.

LoadNG reserves the right to refuse service to any USER for any reason at any time. Therefore, a breach or violation of any of the LoadNG Terms and conditions by any user will result in the termination of the User’s services.

LoadNG will always be working assiduously to improve the website and keep it functioning at all times. LoadNG will not be liable for the temporary unavailability of the site which will be sue to technical issues beyond our control.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAXFUL TRANSACTIONS

1. LoadNG does NOT control the PAXFUL rate at any point in time of any transaction. Users of Load.ng must note that BTC live rate is solely controlled by Paxful.com.
2. LoadNG’s rate at any given point in time is determined by the LoadNG Automated system. The User does NOT have ANY influence on the rate LoadNG buys Bitcoin at any point in time.
3. The user accepts to sell PAXFUL Bitcoin based on the exact rate as at the tie when he (the User) accesses the “SEND” button on the BTC page.
4. LoadNG has the right to cancel ALL pending transactions that has lasted up to 30 minutes with the status “Pending”. Therefore, it is imperative for Users to ensure that they complete their BTC transaction within 30 minutes of the commencement of the transaction.
5. Every LoadNG user must consent to the fact that if he/she does not allow the automatic redirection from PAXFUL website to LoadNG website after confirming a transaction on paxful.com, the status of the transaction will be PENDING until after 30 minutes when the transaction is then CANCELLED.
6. In case where transactions are PENDING for more than 20 minutes, the User is permitted to contact LoadNG support ([e-mail]).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BLOCKCHAIN/OTHER WALLETS TRANSACTIONS

1. LoadNG does NOT control the BLOCKCHAIN/OTHER WALLETS rate at any point in time of any transaction. Users of Load.ng must note that BTC live rate is solely controlled by BLOCKCHAIN/OTHER WALLETS.
2. LoadNG’s rate at any given point in time is determined by the LoadNG Automated system. The User does NOT have ANY influence on the rate LoadNG buys Bitcoin at any point in time.
3. The user accepts to sell BLOCKCHAIN/OTHER WALLETS Bitcoin based on the exact rate as at the tie when he (the User) accesses the “SEND” button on the BTC page.
4. LoadNG is NOT liable for any transaction which involves Bitcoin being sent to another wallet.
5. Any user on LoadNG MUST ensure that Bitcoin MUST be sent to the exact wallet address generated on the LoadNG Blockchain/Other Wallet page. In the case of any ALTERATION, LoadNG will NOT be liable for any incurable loss in such occurrence.
6. In case where transactions are PENDING for more than 20 minutes, the User is permitted to contact LoadNG support ([e-mail]).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYOUT

1. In a case when payment is made on Load.ng, after the payment has been made by the system, it is left for the payment processor to effect the payment.
2. In a case when payment has not been received, it is required for the user to contact support ([e-mail]) after which, the user takes the session ID to the bank for the transaction to be traced.
3. LoadNG user(s) are MANDATED to register with their accurate and valid bank account details as LoadNG will not be liable for payment made into any wrong account provided by the user.
4. In a case where the provided account cannot be funded due to the limit in funds deposit, the payment processor automatically reverses the transaction. The user is advised to contact support ([e-mail]) to provide an account that accommodate the funds to be deposited/withdrawn as the case might be.
