Here's how the universal system works.
When you send Bitcoin! our system looks out for the bitcoin you sent, then your transaction gets recognized on our system and the details of the transaction like the USD value and the hash get filled automatically.
Immediately after this happens, our system calculates the amount of BTC and credits your LoadNG wallet. Our system keeps looking out for the transaction until it has at least 1 confirmation, when your transaction gets at least one confirmation, our system then pays the amount of money in your LoadNG wallet to your bank account.
Note - you can track the number of confirmations a transaction has with the hash button we have provided for each transaction. Also, note that the amount of time a transaction takes before it gets confirmed is solely due to the bitcoin network (network load and network fee) at that time and we don't have any influence on that.
WHAT IS A TRANSACTION HASH?
A transaction hash/id is a unique string of characters that is given to every transaction that is verified and added to the blockchain. In many cases, a transaction hash is needed in order to locate funds. It commonly appears at the top of the page when viewing your transaction through a block explorer website, or can be found by copying the URL from that same page.
Depending on the type of digital currency that was sent, you can find the transaction hash/id by searching the address on a block explorer. Below are some suggested block explorers:
BTC: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/(input your hash here)
ETH: https://etherscan.io/
LTC: https://live.blockcypher.com/ (Make sure to set to LTC, not BTC!)
BCH: https://bch.btc.com/
